SC Equality PAC
Welcome to SC Equality PAC. Our endorsements for the 2020 elections are now available. Electing pro-equality candidates to public office across the state is now more important than ever.
With the current threats from Washington to repeal recent LGBTQ victories, we are doing everything we can to continue to advance equality here at home.
We want to keep LGBTQ young people safe in our schools, to ensure that transgender people have access to accurate identity documents and critical health care services, and to ensure that LGBTQ persons are protected in the workplace and in public accommodations.
We are seeking not only legal equality, but lived equality by electing people to office who support justice by passing fair and just laws that protect LGBTQ South Carolinians.

There were many forces that led to the U.S. Supreme Court’s June 2015 decision making marriage equality the law of the land: tenacious leaders and litigators, coalitions of diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender organizations, straight allies, elected officials, celebrities, and most important, hundreds of thousands of individuals, couples and families at the grassroots working for change.
